A 19-year breast cancer survivor and BRCA1 carrier, she’s intimately acquainted with the physical and emotional challenges women face. Her journey, marked by resilience and determination, has transformed her into a passionate advocate for women’s well-being.
From the demanding rigors of chemotherapy and multiple surgeries to the unexpected challenges of surgical menopause, Michele has experienced firsthand the impact these experiences can have on a woman’s body and mind. Yet, amidst adversity, she discovered an unwavering strength and a deep-rooted passion for helping others.
With a lifelong love for fitness and a competitive spirit, Michele has built a successful career in the wellness industry. As a personal trainer and CrossFit Level 2 Coach, she has helped countless women achieve their fitness goals. Her unique understanding of women’s hormonal changes, particularly post-menopause, allows her to provide tailored support and guidance.
Michele’s mission is to empower women to reclaim their health, happiness, and confidence. Through her 90 Day Strong and Slender System, she offers a proven roadmap to lasting transformation. With a focus on slow, sustainable progress and unwavering support, she helps women shed excess weight, boost their energy, and rediscover their inner strength.
